This policy describes the data processing procedures in the FastChange service. By using the service, you confirm your consent to the terms of this policy.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
We do not request or store passport data, document photos for verification, phone numbers, or email addresses. For exchange, it is sufficient to provide the receiving details.
3. Exchange Data
For processing an order, only the wallet address or receiving details are used, as well as transaction information (amount, direction, status). These data are stored for no more than 90 days and are automatically deleted.
4. Cookies
The service uses cookies to ensure correct operation and authentication. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over a secure channel (TLS). The Service does not share data with third parties, except as necessary for conducting the exchange.
6. Your Rights
You can request the deletion of your data by contacting support. We will delete all data within 30 days.
